Whenever a new customer engages our firm, we not only create a
detailed I.T. profile documenting their network, we also ask a series of questions that help us to better understand their individual business goals and priorities. With that information in hand, we adapt our service style to each customer's needs.
Customers receive a welcome package containing the contact information for their new Sandbox Technologies support team, consisting of a Primary and Secondary Engineer, Account Manager, Help Desk, and CIO. We encourage our clients to think of their support team as their personal technology concierges, happy to assist with problems, answer questions, or even work with other vendors in coordinating projects.
Our team members are hand picked to go the extra mile for our customers, and they
don't stop until a challenge has been met.
